My career began in the early 2000s during the global trade boom. As a close aide to the owner of a leading European engineering and manufacturing firm, I assisted in relocating production lines to Asia and expanding overseas markets. Those five-plus years gave me a rare insider education from top European entrepreneurs and built a solid foundation in engineering knowledge, business skills, and global perspective.
For the next decade, I was hand-picked to launch and lead the LATAM mining division for a publicly listed industrial multinational. Starting from scratch, I built it into a $50 million annual revenue business unit and delivered deals and contributions totaling over $1 billion in corporate value. Although I am not a pure technician by training, ten years on the ground made me conversant in every aspect of the mining value chain — geology, mining, beneficiation, metallurgy, and trade. My network runs from grassroots miners to mega-project executives, top industry lawyers, and regulators across Andes and LATAM.
For the past five-plus years, I have participated in multiple high-value real estate transactions in Hong Kong, Dubai, the United States, and Mexico. These deals gave me first-hand insight into those markets and sophisticated methods of assessment and structuring.
